1. Agreement to Terms

By booking travel services with vandaa esscate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with us and your participation in our travel programs.

2. Booking and Payment

When you book with us:

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 60 days before departure
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations or supplier changes
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: 30% of total cost
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost
• No-shows forfeit entire payment

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

4. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and required health documentation for all destinations. Singapore passport holders should verify entry requirements for each country. We provide guidance but cannot accept liability for documentation issues.

5. Health and Safety

Travellers must:

• Disclose any health conditions that may affect travel
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance including medical coverage
• Follow health recommendations for destinations visited
• Comply with local safety guidelines and instructions from guides

6. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to operate journeys as described, circumstances may require itinerary modifications. We reserve the right to alter routes, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Reasonable alternative arrangements will be provided.

7. Liability

vandaa esscate acts as an agent for travel service providers. While we exercise care in selecting partners, we are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided directly by us.

8. Behaviour and Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour toward fellow travellers, guides, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove participants whose conduct disrupts the journey or violates local customs and laws. No refund will be provided in such cases.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in Singapore courts.
